MADOFF – INVESTOR RECLAMATION DEFENSE

Curran & Associates has initiated an investigation into the intentions and related actions of the Trustee in the Bernard L. Madoff Investments Securities, LLC (“BLMIS”) - Irving Picard  - to wrest funds from investors who were themselves duped by the Madoff Ponzi scheme. Mr. Picard has said that he may sue about half of the estimated 2,000 individual investors that he has called “net winners,” those who withdrew more than they invested through BLMIS.
